My thought is you ought to take it to a reputable shop so some sort of flow-test can be performed on the block...boil-over in 70 degree weather? Not acceptable!

New thought.... my heat riser flapper thing on the replaced manifold is a little tight.  if that sticks, could it cause the engine to run too hot?
