Like everyone else said start soaking them good. Most of mine were protected by undercoating and came right off BUT The ones that were rusted were stuck pretty good. If you are lucky a bad one will break in half and come out. The hardest ones were where the head was rusted and rounded off. I drilled the heads off starting with a 1/8 inch drill bit and working progressively larger until the head came off the bolt. I had a set of the "T" shaped washers made out of stainless steel and replaced all the bolts with stainless.

Thanks, Gary!!! Now, hopefully, my body shop can install those "donuts". And, no, NO clear coat on H. ; straight acrylic enamel, only, shall touch his 'lips'.
