[FWDLK] 57 Plymouth problems

Need help with two things on my 57 Belvedere.
1)  Since I owned the car (a 4 dr htp) in 1990, I have been unable to open
the rear doors with the windows up.  The windows stick in the rubber.  Is
this normal or was the restoration job done wrong.  It was done 5 years
before I bought her.
2)  Lately when stopping (at times), the brakes lock up and the car pulls
hard to the right.  I put the car in reverse and the brakes unlock. Some
time I can go miles with out this happening then sometimes it will happen 2
or 3 times in a row.  Have been to my mechanic but he cant find anything.
The car has factory power brakes.  Any ideas.  I don't want to wrap her
around a pole.
