[FWDLK] looking for a manual trans for '39 Chrysler / imperial

Hi all,
Someone asks me where to find a manual transmission (Synchromesh) for his 1939 NY. As you know ther's no chance to find one in France !! The owner had a manual trans. with overdrive (but OD is in good cond. so he needs only the trans. )
Does someone know of a 1939 ... 1950 (?) Synchromesh (don't know if they are all interchangeable and what years could be right) or a wrecking yard which could has one.
Thanks
