[FWDLK] Fan belt noise!

I recently changed my fan belt on my Ford pickup.  I installed it correctly and tightened it.  But somehow it is still making that rackety noise.  I sprayed what I was told to use I first I change to a new belt but that rackety noise keeps coming back.  It starts every time I start the truck after it's been sitting for a while.  Any ideas to stop this rackety noise?
