Re: [FWDLK] Carpet

In original cars, I've always seen loop.

My DeSoto has jute padding underneath. Not sure if the Plymouth used it
though.

Subject: [FWDLK] Carpet

Hi Everyone -

What is the correct style of carpet for my 1958 Plymouth Belvedere ? I've
seen two different varieties available - loop and cut pile. Also, any
recommendations as to where to purchase, and do you need some kind of
padding underneath, or do you just lay it down on the bare floor ?

Thanks,

Ron
