This amazed me but a few years ago some friends
went to Hershey for the first time. They found a room before going
without much trouble amazingly. Even more amazingly they didn’t
like it and found a better one while there!!!
I was truly shocked. Have
never even tried to find a room. Have generally stayed in our Van but
upgraded recently and have a travel trailer to stay in. Used to always
stay on the grounds but stay off site now. One year slept in the front
seat of a Ford Taurus rental car. That was the low point!!! ( and
miserable also!!)

Henry, Harrisburg is 10 minutes from Hershey and the State Capitol. The closer
you get to a show the higher the room price and the harder it is to get a room.
Try Baymont on Eisenhower Blvd., Harrisburg, Pa First
Then try WynnWyndham, Red Roof Inn, Four Points Sheraton,
and Compree.
If they have no room available move a little further away from Hershey.
