It is still the same -- the slot you see is on the driveshaft gear, which
must be removed to get to the hex head on the oil pump.

The early Chrysler hemi pumps are different and are the slotted screwdriver
type. Don't know when they changed it to the hex version. I suspect that the
early Dodge polys and hemis are the same as the Chrysler hemis and polys but
I have never seen one to be sure. Perhaps it changed with the introduction
of the 277-318 Plymouth poly? Sorry for the confusion.
