Re: [FWDLK] Leaf Springs for PLYMOUTH + 300C

I scanned a page from parts book with leaf spring #’s and sent it to Ed.  Hope that helps.  I (actually) remember back in 60’s when I had my first 59 Sport Fury, I broke a leaf in rear springs on 2 or 3 separate occasions. Several years ago when I purchased my 4-dr Fury it had a broken leaf.  Later when I got my current Sport Fury the rear springs were flat, no arch, and car rode terribly. I purchased a 59 parts car for the tranny and luckily by chance that car had 2 perfectly good rear springs and they were 6 leaf, the type that came in the Suburban,  not the standard 5 leaf that came in passenger cars.  Car rides great and no broken leafs.  So when replacing rears try for the 6 leaf instead of the 5.

I simply got new springs from one of the aftermarket suppliers thru my mechanic. I think it might have been from
