[FWDLK] BRAKE SIZES

Happy Weekend!

 

Concerning 12" brake shoes/drums................

 

I guess they started being used on the Chryslers and Desotos in 1957?? (and Dodge D500?)

I am getting mixed signals on the width of the 12" shoes that were used on the 57-59 MOPARs

 

Were there such things as 2" wide shoes??

Or were all 12" shoes 2 1/2" wide??????

 

Just trying to figure out a parts book
