Vincent,

The easy way to get the pistons out of the front wheel cylinders is to step on the brake pedal before they are removed from the car or to use air pressure. Be careful, because they can shoot out. If they are stuck, the best solution is to buy new ones (at NAPA or a brake specialty parts supplier, about $40) or send them out to a rebuilder (like White Post, about $50) for relining with stainless steel or brass.
