I have found quite a few, and I alway try cars in junkyards to see if they still have them. My 69 and 73 Chargers both had them attached to the rear seat back cushion, wedged under the springs of the seat. I also found one under the passanger front seat on my 73, but it was for another car. This was not uncommon, and something you should look for. Galen Glovier has a 'orphaned' Build (or Broadcast) sheet service. You mail it to him, and if the owner ever contacts him, he forwards it. No charge. He mostly specializes in muscle-era cars, but he may have some FL items.
Anyway, look in all the places mentioned, as well as under the carpet, under the anti-rattle pad on the gas tank (between the tank and the trunk floor), taped to the firewall under the insulation, and under the headliner. I have found them in all these places, in cars built from 1961 to 1975-6. The tank one is usally tattered, and the one under the carpet is usually worn, but the others are generally in reasonable shape. Strangely, the Broadcast sheets (there are 2, it is that highly optioned) for my 83 Rampage were neatly tucked in the glovebox. I'm not sure when Chrysler stopped using them, but I haven't seen one in any car past about 1985 (found them in a pair of New Yorkers, behind the rear seat back cushion again).

I have found a couple. My 64 Dodge Coronet had it taped to the top of the
glove box. My mother's 79 Aspen had it wedged between the frame and the
steering box. Not in very good shape after 5 years in winter weather.

It also has the build sheet, (as shown "track Sheet") more importantly
shows where it was found. As I have found them on 4 vehicles.
It's not in the block of photos at the top but down in the text, where
it says "

ALL NUMBERS DECODE PERFECTLY!
