[FWDLK] When to Drain Fuel?

Greetings,

Just a question in general. If one filled his Forward Look car (got to
throw that in so that this will be considered on-topic...LOL...) with
fresh, unleaded fuel in October, 2003, and the car ended up sitting
until now (not intentionally), is it time to drain the fuel system
before the engine is attempted to be started? I realize that for
long-term storage that fuel should be drained, but when my brakes
failed, I didn't anticipate that it would be such a long time before I'd
be repairing them - and the car has since sat in my garage - and I've
run it probably 3 times at most during the last 1.5+ years.

Thanks,
Jason.
