Our European members would know, but I think the difference is mostly 
in taxes. Also it's a little harder to distribute the gas there due to 
the roads, so that may raise the cost a little. But the real cost for 
gas over there is taxes, 'cause it's easy to raise money that way, just 
increase the tax a little. They do that here now on cigarettes. I think 
the tax on 1 pack of cigarettes in Texas is $2.50

I paid $1.96 at Sam's Club in ft. Smith last Thurs. It just jumped from 
$2.06 to $2.24, then down to $2.18 here in Mena Arkansas.
