I am starting a claim right now for a broken windshield.  I wasn't
packed that great, but the delivery was at a convenience store in a gas
station and the box was shoved in a corner under other boxes.  The
box appeared undamaged, but the windshield sure wasn't.  Probably
got pitched out onto the ground.  So far they refused to accept a
claim from the sender, so I have to try now.  If it's fragile, I
would shun Greyhound.
