[FWDLK] Spare Tire Covers

Hi Everybody -

I have three different spare tire covers.  They are all pretty much the
same, except for the number of holes. They all have the center hole.  Can
someone clue me in as to which one was for what year ?

The first one has no holes, while the second has one 1/2" hole along the
edge.  The third has five holes, one in each of the triangular areas. These
holes are 1" wide.
