The "concept car" looks like a 1960 Dodge 2 door hardtop with a 1958 
Chrysler/Desoto front cap and trunk. And 58 Chrysler/Desoto Fins have been 
welded and blended to the 60 Dodge body.

In 58 Chrysler and Desoto front cap, trunk and fins were the same.
