We need to beat this dead horse....DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING ON WESTERN UNION!!
It is the payment choice of scammers. Use them to send money to your Mom or a friend, NEVER to pay for something unless you know the person your paying.
That's one of the safety tips on all the ebay sites/warnings.
