      The correct place to mount the 1958 Fury plaque is in the center of the hump on the front floor. Put it back as far as it will go so that it is facing the front seat and can be read perfectly. I have one in my 58 Fury and I have one in my 56 Fury. Don't put it on the glove compartment because it is on a slant and cannot be read in that position. It is made out of brass so polising it with a good metal polish make it look like gold.
