Re: [FWDLK] Car Buying Scams!

Take it to your bank and deposit it and wait for it to come back as counterfeit.  Mine came back within the week and still have it on shelf.  Knew it was fishy from day one but played along anyway.

do not under any situation send the extra money as requested.

Subject: [FWDLK] Car Buying Scams!

There was a 4 door Savoy I was selling a while back, several people enquiered about it but it was spoken for.  I got ahold of a 58 Plymouth Suburban and started it offering it up for sale.  There was 2 potential buyers that would write to me back to back and they happened to use the same style of writting.  1 of them has sent me a check over my asking price and I was wondering if I should be weary?  Anyone have any advice?

Thanks,
Kelly
