Re: [FWDLK] '55-'56 Imperial questions

Many of the Imperial components are interchangeable with New Yorkers,
Windsors, 300's and De Sotos. It is pretty obvious that if one has the time
and energy to disassemble, photograph and describe parts from any of these
old cars that there is a market for almost any part on e-Bay. Mirrors,
trim, glass, mechanical parts, electrical parts & etc. can be sold to folks
like me. I buy stuff like that as spares and cores, even if I have no
immediate need. Damaged or severely corroded parts must go to the recycler.

Subject: [FWDLK] '55-'56 Imperial questions

Guy down the road from my buddy did some scrapping and when we went by in
the morning he had a '55-6 Imperial 4dr out pulling the Hemi. By the time
we had a chance to come back, it was gone.

What are the taillights on one of those going for? Power seat or window
parts, switches? Just curious how much money this guy threw away - the car
didn't even look too bad even though it had obviously been sitting around.
