OK..if I may step just into the 60's a little then I would add terry cloth rear shelf covers with a small pillow on top. No wheel covers, just black rims.  Anyone mention the common curb feelers?  If it was a hardtop then all of the windows had to be down...even in the middle of winter. If your grille was a mesh type then you had to blacken out alternating bars.

 

 I will think of more.
