[FWDLK] Garage rental help

Hi list,

 

Typically I lurkbut it's become apparent I need help. I need to do a serious overhaul to my 61 Newport (currently in Massachusetts) and I have just moved to Palo Alto, CA. I plan on moving the vehicle out here so I can work on it, however I can't seem to find any garages for rent. Does anyone live in ths area? Any advice other than regular classifieds and craigslist? I bascially need a simple one bay shop where plenty of noise would not be bothersome.
