B-J's problem (one of many!) is that, as soon as they might make
even-one 'comment/observation/representation', on their "OWN" behalf,
instead of merely parroting what a seller (mis-)represents, about a
certain car, then, the B-J could be held to be liable for each and every
dispute that might arise, regarding any other car, whose provenance
might be called into question.
Caveat Emptor is a well-established legal precedent, which serves to
insulate the B-J from claims of Fraud (valid, or otherwize).
