I did use their topcoat, a nice blue. Didn't seem to make a difference.
And-I carefully sanded the original paint down to bare metal for good adhesion
That didn't matter either.
Somewhere I read a printed story on POR 15 that backed up my experience
with it. . Wish I had saved it. Author concluded that it was a seriously over
hyped (and priced) coating that did not deliver as
promised-
