Re: [FWDLK] Carpet

Must be a common problem.  In 2004 I purchased new carpeting for my ’59 Plymouth.  It was a company out of New Lenox, IL; can’t recall name.  It would have been nice if carpeting was at least 1” wider on each side.

Adam, the carpet in my 57 came from Newark Auto thru J.C.Whitney. The fit isn't bad but it could have been cut a little wider where it fits under the sill plates. Price was good and it has worn well. Dick

Subject: [FWDLK] Carpet

A friend of mine is looking for a quality carpet for his '59 Fury 4 door sedan. He has tried 3 different companies and the carpet doesn't fit well and the sides keep pulling inwards with all of them. Does anyone know where he can get a carpet that fits properly?
