I've put 3 point seat belts in  the front and rear of my Mopars in the past and I get them from Julianno's. They advertise in street rod magazines and they have a good website. The last time I did it I put the retractors in the middle and ran the belts through the center speaker hole (they don't have to go from the outside in). Putting it in the middle saved me the trouble of routing and finishing two belts through the parcel shelf.
