[FWDLK] Rear Suburban Window

I have a 1958 Plymouth Suburband and the rear deck window will not roll down.  On the inside it seems to have an electronic button to roll it down on the outside it is missing the chrome window crank.  Is there a way to get the window down?  After that happens how do you open the rear door?  I am really curious if my wagon is truly a nine passeger wagon.

 

Did anyone on the list buy this 1959 Suburban?
