[FWDLK] '59 Dodge shock absorber question

I went to replace my rear shocks on my '59 Dodge and when I crawled 
under there the bolts and studs holding the shocks were so rusty I was 
afraid of breaking the studs attached to the frame by trying to remove 
them.    Anyone ever bust those studs trying to remove shocks?
