Since the hub is now junk anyway, you could have the holes bored out and tapped for thread inserts(Keenserts is one brand that comes to mind) and install five new right hand thread bolts. Sure, it's not "correct" that way but only you and your tire man will need to know.

I don't remember boogering it up when I put the wheels on 7 years ago and other than that juts last month a shop rotated my tires to do an alignment. So I think they are the culprits, but can't garuntee it and it's a buddys shop.
So, short of trying to find another good drum.
Any suggestions ?
