The Suburban and convertible production is the same as I have.  Interesting
that the Sierra/Custom Sierra production is lower than what I have, except
for the 1958 Sierra which totals the same as mu list.

That 7,496 for export would have included 7,048 CR models built in Canada.
The Canadian plant built CR sedans and hardtops and imported convertibles.
No US-style wagons sold in Canada in 1957.   The
Crusaeder/Regent/Mayfair/Kingsway numbers would have been included with
Plymouth as the U.S.-built Kingsway (and Mayfair convertible) models were
built at Plymouth's Lynch Road plant.

The stuff I have has no breakdown for D500/D501 cars as they were option
packages and not a series of Dodge.
