You can basically rely on the idea that:
1950 parts  begin with 10 _ _ _ _ _  (seven digit PNs)
1951                            11..
1952                            12..
1955                            15
1957                            17
1960                            20
...and fill in the others.  
Now of course some mechanical parts are started in one year and fit for several years forward without a change of part number.  But if it is trim or body related, the above is about 90% true.
