Thanks for the comments.

I had certainly typed in the "108704" tag line; I even e-mail the entire URL 
to myself, also typed it in copying each character, but nothing.

I even tried to eliminate all but http://www.forwardlook.net , but still 
nothing.  I obviously fell for one of the Microsoft "update" tricks, and got 
burned.  I'll uninstall the new IE7 program, and go back to IE6.  This 
similar thing happened with "Service Pack II", and required a technician and 
a couple of hours to remedy the last clever MS improvement.  I should know 
better than to download their stuff.
