the car worth, as-incomplete, to a seller.

I think Neil is extremely low on his guess, more like $2,000 - $2,500 if the underside is solid. Look at the prices the cars are getting on E-bay,this isn't the 1980's anymore ( trust me, i wish it was)

The headliner has 1 piece remaining, the visors are intact, but very stained/soiled. 
 
What struck me was how solid the floor were. This was apparently an Ohio car it's whole life.
