The interchange for a 1955 Dodge hemi 270 intake manifold:

Hemi only or 270 poly also? Both yes

270 Plymouth 1956 poly ? Yes

260 Plymouth 1955 poly ? Yes

315 Dodge 1956 hemi/poly ? No

325 Dodge 1957 hemi/poly ? No

All 53 –56 241, 259, 260, 270 Hemis and Polys are low deck height engines and their intakes interchange.

All 56 & 57 315 and 325 Hemis and Polys are tall deck height engines and their intakes interchange, but not with the low deck engines.

If you are looking for a 4 bbl intake, they are hard to find and therefore usually expensive.
