[FWDLK] 61 Dodge bumper guards' measurements

Hello, again: as I haven't received any PM's regarding my original 
message, I am re-posting for my friend
his request to receive actual 'triangulated' measurements regarding 
where the four bumper-guard mounting holes
should be located, on the 1961 Dodge front bumper.

Please PM me with any  info/assistance on this matter.
