Please avoid posting religious, political, etc. posts to the list.

Also, pretty much anything you'll ever receive that says "forward this to everyone you know" is a HOAX.  These types of items should never be forwarded to the list.  (You also shouldn't forward them to friends without checking them out yourself first, either.  Check with a site like snopes.com before you blindly forward something).
