Re: [FWDLK] 58 Coronet Hemi

what is always odd is that 19 out of 20 forwardlook cars listed on ebay are never listed by FWDLK members..... perhaps they just arent sure what they have or are going by info passed by a previous owner....

Production of 1958 models began in September, 1957, with introduction to the public on November 1, 1957. Production of 1958 models came to an end in late July, 1958. After WW II the "normal" changeover to the new models in August did not become common until the 1959 models.

And the odds of a car landing up with a truck engine were very slim. In 1958 all Dodge trucks were built at the Warren, MI, facility while Dodge cars were built at Hamtramck, Newark and LosAngeles.
