I use eBay all the time to buy and sell.  I find it to be very productive and helpful.  I find eBay to be very ethical.  As far as PayPal...I like it...It makes paying and getting paid much faster with minimum fall out rate.  There are always a few that try to beat the system or sell outside but it is hard to get away from that...My vote for eBay is nice job!
