Mick &All, I don't have a source, but I can relay my story to find one. I finally found mine about a year ago after looking fore more than eight years. I paid way to many dollars for it, but I wanted it and I got it. And it was not in pristine condition either, but I got it! If some one has a source to duplicate these, I might consider lending it for the task, ....maybe.... There weren't many of these to begin with, and most just got lost along the way.
