Hello Members

On the 59 PLYMOUTH--ANY MODEL

Does the hood lock pin have a spring on it to help 'pop' the hood up 
when the latch is pulled???

The parts manual just indicates a pin,,unlike the 57/58 Plymouths which 
show a spring and retainer
