[FWDLK] Battery spark

I have noticed that the presence of an underhood light is enough to generate
a small spark when a battery connection is renewed. I think a car's
computer may also take an initial charge to power up. I have a 1995
motorhome on a Chev HD chassis and on which I regularly disconnect the
battery to avoid phantom drain during long storage and reduce risk of an
electrical fire from critters chawing on the wiring. But, I see no spark
when I reconnect.
