When they added the E-85 pump here in town, they did NOTHING with tanks.  They just tore up a very small area of concrete and plumbed lines differently.  I suspect one tank is holding pure ethanol and the others are "regular" and "premium" and it is just a matter of percentage valving as to what comes out the hose at any given pump.

It will be interesting to see how the oil companies work out different gas pumps to handle the different year cars across the United States. From what we've been lied to by both the oil companies and the federal government I wouldn't hold my breath.
