I am not sure what the difference is between this armature and the
others listed on Ebay at present but there must be some difference and I
would like to stick with the correct numbered armature if I can find a
nos one.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Glenn.

According to my autolite cattyloggy your generator used a 10-53 armature, fairly common across a broad spectrum of Dodges, dodge truck, Desoto and Plymouth for 1957.
