despite the rain and other things that worked against me [fiance coming down with tonsilitis sat morn- and my car being on display inside so i couldnt exactly come and go as i pleased....] the time i did get to spend with everyone at the tent and through the event was great- wish there was more time at, or time would slow down a bit at these events... only got the tail of the first drive-in and about 10 min of the 2nd in this year!

 

did make some good purchases at the swap meet... the amount i saved on new-in-box items i was planning to order almost equates the "surprise" hotel stay bill i signed off on this morning.... somehow between last year and this weekend the rates went up to 179/night! but it was a nice place, and a nice little ride off the fairgrounds.... don't exactly know if i'll be there next year at that rate though...

Chrysler's @ Carlisle has come and gone and I had an AMAZING time. I really enjoyed catching up with all the attendees, seeing their cars & photo's, participating in the FL Drive-In, complete with popcorn and fire-fly's / lightening bugs.
