I would recommend a tranmission oil change done at a dealer/tranmission shop
or a shop known to you to be reliable. None of the "quicky" jobs at the car
wash say. You need to be certain most of the oil actually gets changed. Be
sure the filter is also replaced. Do this first before using any additives. They
can always be added if the problem persists after the oil change.
The problem could be worn, hardened seals which may possibly respond to
additives but it could also just be old/dirty fluid. Try that first and if it still has
the problem, then decide if you think it is seriuos enough to try addititves.
