Thanks for the info Ron, I am not sure on the Fury dual carb numbers but I
may have that info somewhere. No one seems to know for sure how many D500-1 cars
were produced and what should be noted is that the Dual Quad engine assembly was
a late arrival option. All indications would point to the D500-1 cars with the
Dual Four option would be manual transmission. According to Danny Eames notes
additional options like cam, higher compression heads with corresponding
pushrods, and even possibly Holley carbs were also late additions to
the performance option list. Tim in Golden
