SMS is local to me. I started buying from them 27 years ago when they were small.

My last experience getting a headliner kit was less than satisfactory. Some of the staff are less than exemplary. After four months, no product. I drove out and talked personally with the owner, Doug Pollock, and had the product within a week.

I've dealt with SMS a few times. When it came to material for my Fury and material and front and rear interior panels for my Belvedere convertible, they came through without a hitch. I guess I was just lucky. It took about 6 months to get the door panels, but they are right on with authenticity. After hearing some of these horror stories, I guess I was lucky.
