Parts are available to rebuild your Torqueflite. You just need a good rebuilder. There are folks here on the board and on the ForwardLook website that will do a decent rebuild. Or contact Don Verity at d.verity@xxxxxxx

After nine months of trying to get a decent rebuild on my 1957 Dodge TorqueFlite, I’m now thinking of swapping in a newer version, so that spare parts aren’t quite the issue they are for me now.

 

Does anyone have experience swapping out a ’57 TorqueFlite for something from the 70s or 80s?  Are there any conversion kits available?
