Eastwood makes a buffing compound called Plastic which is designed to be
used on a 3500 rpm buffing wheel. I have used it on roof rail lenses and the
plastic speedometer lens in my 58 Plymouth, with excellent results. You use
the same compound with two different textured wheels.
